The program provides before and after school care during term time, along with a vibrant and engaging Vacation Care offering throughout the school holidays. Service hours include morning and afternoon sessions during school terms, with full day programs running during holiday periods. The opportunity Take on a key leadership position where you guide a dedicated team to deliver a safe, enjoyable and compliant OSHC program that children look forward to and families rely on. You will manage daily operations, support and mentor educators and build meaningful relationships with families and the school community. During school holidays and pupil free days, work extended hours to support the Vacation Care program Lead and support educators to deliver a high quality, child centred program aligned with the NQF and My Time, Our Place Ensure the service meets all regulatory and responsible person requirements Plan and evaluate engaging activities and manage excursions and incursions within the approved budget Foster strong partnerships with the school and broader community that promote inclusion and positive behaviour support Oversee rostering, enrolments, bookings, CCS processes and daily compliance requirements Communicate effectively and confidently with families to create a warm and welcoming service environment About you A confident, hands on leader who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment Strong communicator who builds trust with children, families and staff Solid understanding of NQF requirements, staffing expectations and overall service compliance Essential requirements NSW Working With Children Check Current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management training or willingness to obtain Child protection training Experience working with school age children in OSHC or education, including program planning and team leadership Desirable Diploma level qualification in OSHC or school age education and care Child safety We are a child safe organisation.
