We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retail Manager for the store to lead its dynamic store team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on overseeing day-to- day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining safety standards, and driving team performance. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing staff rosters, inventory control, compliance with company policies, and supporting the delivery of operational excellence. Ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced retail environment, strong people management skills, and the ability to lead by example. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, control and coordinate daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability; 2. Supervise and manage staff including hiring, training, rostering, and performance evaluations; 3. Monitor stock levels, coordinate advance orders, and ensure optimal product availability and service standards; 4. formulating and implementing marketing policies, purchasing strategies and set competitive pricing; 5. promoting and advertising the company’s goods and services; 6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods 7. selling goods and products to customers and advising them on product use; 8. maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions; 9. undertaking budgeting planning; staffing requirements, 10. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times 11. selection, training and supervision of staff; 12. Dispute resolution with customers, implement improvements to service delivery by staff and suppliers; and 13. ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Qualifications and Experience Required: Relevant academic qualification in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; and At least one year relevant experience in a retail or management role.
