In your role, you will provide commercial and advisory services to resources and energy companies on all aspects of project acquisition and development. You will also work closely with major infrastructure and service providers including those that are state owned. Your matters will include: Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements; Joint venture agreements; Advising upon regulatory issues associated with land use; Access and compensation deeds; Native Title matters and heritage issues. This position is ideally suited to a lawyer who is comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels. The team operates closely with long standing clients in a trusted adviser capacity. You will have the opportunity to build your profile within the energy and resources sector.
