We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Manager to lead the development, coordination, and evaluation of clinical and professional education programs across all our aged care sites. This pivotal role ensures our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet industry standards, accreditation requirements, and our strategic organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Educational Leadership Design and implement innovative education strategies aligned with organisational priorities. Drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes and professional development. Operational Oversight Manage the delivery of education programs across multiple sites. Monitor performance metrics and ensure effective resource allocation. Clinical Governance and Compliance Ensure training programs meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Integrate best practices in clinical education and risk management. Stakeholder and Workforce Development Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs. Foster a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth. Professional Qualifications, Skills & Experience To be successful within this role you will need: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. Postgraduate qualifications in Education, Clinical Teaching or equivalent. Minimum 5 years in clinical education, preferably in aged care or health services. Demonstrated leadership experience managing an education team or program. In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Quality of Care Principles , AN-ACC, and regulatory requirements. Strong educational design, adult learning and clinical teaching skills. Data-driven approach to evaluating training outcomes. Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across sites and manage competing priorities, Understanding of the aged care industry with practical experience in the sector. Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with demonstrated experience in delivering engaging and impactful training programs across diverse stakeholder groups - from board members to frontline staff.
