Job Description Experienced Labourer – Property Care & Maintenance Brisbane & Surrounding Areas, QLD Casual Dynamic Services Group (DSG), a proud subsidiary of Australian Training Works (ATW), is seeking an experienced labourer to join our Property Care & Maintenance team across Brisbane and surrounding areas . This role includes a mix of outdoor property services and internal vacancy work , including lawn maintenance, pressure washing, rubbish removal and preparing properties for handover across multiple sites. About the role You will work across residential, commercial and government properties, supporting DSG’s property services operations. Duties may include: Lawn mowing, edging and garden maintenance Hedging, pruning and general groundskeeping Pressure washing of driveways, paths and external surfaces Rubbish and green waste removal Furniture and household item removal from vacant properties Property clean-ups and handover preparation Loading and unloading trailers and equipment Safe use of mowers, tools and pressure cleaners About you We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in labouring, landscaping, removals or property maintenance Is physically fit and capable of manual handling Takes pride in delivering high-quality work Is reliable, punctual and works well in a team Holds a current driver licence (essential) Has reliable transport Is comfortable working across indoor and outdoor environments Follows WHS and safety procedures Why work with DSG Ongoing casual work across multiple sites Variety of work – no two days are the same Supportive local team Work with an Indigenous-owned, community-focused organisation How to apply Apply via the ATW Jobs Board or Contact us for further information Additional Information Occupation: General Labour Occupation Category: Closing Date: 31/12/2027 Available Positions: 99 Job Requirements: Applicants require their Own Car ?
