Our client is looking for a Senior Manager to lead their data governance and data operations capability. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Data, you’ll play a critical role in building trusted, compliant, and high-impact data foundations that enable smarter decisions and support our growth. What you’ll do: Design, implement and run enterprise-wide Data Governance frameworks (data quality, classification, compliance, metadata). Lead and embed Data Operations in partnership with the Enterprise Data and IT teams. Champion key initiatives including Consumer Data Right (CDR) delivery. Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across the business to deliver fit-for-purpose data capabilities. Build high-performing teams , remove blockers, and foster a strong risk-aware data culture. What you bring: 10 years’ leadership experience in data, analytics or related domains. Proven experience establishing and scaling Data Governance functions. Deep knowledge of data management best practices and regulatory requirements (financial services preferred). Strong stakeholder influence skills across complex, matrixed environments. Experience with CDR implementation highly desirable. Why join our client?
