This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in IT support within a supportive team environment. The Role In this exciting, entry-level role, you will work across a range of clients, providing Level 1/ 2 IT support across desktops, networks, Microsoft 365, and security platforms. With ongoing mentoring from senior engineers, this role offers strong technical development and clear career progression within an MSP environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Resolve basic network issues Deliver remote and onsite desktop support Support and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, patching, and access controls Log incidents in the ticketing system and escalate complex matters accordingly. Skills & Experience Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 experience would be well regarded Understanding of networking e.g IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint protection solutions Previous experience in a commercial IT environment would be highly beneficial as would exposure to Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint CompTIA A, Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation certifications would be highly desirable.
