So, what does the opportunity look like? The Opal & Grange Rooms are exclusive, luxury spaces at SkyCity designed for our VIP members, where expertly crafted cocktails, refined service, and unforgettable moments come together. Located on the first floor with stunning views over the River Torrens, the Grange Room offers an opulent yet welcoming atmosphere, whilst the Opal Room provides an intimate, stylish setting perfect for elevated gaming experiences. What will you look like? As a member of our team, the successful candidate will ideally have: Minimum of 2 years proven supervisory experience in hospitality or a premium service environment A natural leadership style with strong communication and people skills Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities with ease A genuine passion for service excellence and driving high performance Flexibility is highly regarded, with shifts including nights, late closes, weekends, and occasional public holidays. Our VIP operations run through to 5am, keeping the excitement alive until the early hours. What's in it for you?
