As Sport Fundraising Manager , you will lead the development, delivery and growth of BCNA’s sport, running and trekking fundraising portfolio. Under the general direction of the Head of Income and Innovation, you will evolve established initiatives, such as Play4BCNA, while building new and emerging opportunities that harness the energy of sport, community and movement. You will bring fundraising products to life by galvanising communities and delivering high‑performing peer‑to‑peer fundraising campaigns that inspire people to champion BCNA’s cause and turn passion into sustainable income. Working closely with the Brand, Engagement and Income teams, you will leverage data, insights and creativity to test new approaches, optimise performance and drive growth. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, effectively and with a strong focus on supporter engagement. About YOU You’re a community fundraising specialist with a proven ability to grow income through supporter‑led activity. You thrive on connection and purpose, building relationships, empowering individuals and groups, and delivering supporter journeys that drive engagement, retention and long‑term value. You understand the power of sport to build community and momentum, and you know how to channel that energy into inspiring grassroots fundraising. Whether working with clubs, gyms, schools or local networks, you can spot authentic opportunities to connect sport and cause in ways that feel motivating and accessible.
