Our client, McDonald’s Stanthorpe is seeking for experienced Retail Manager to oversee the retail operations of its fast-food's outlets. He will be responsible for managing store performance, staff operations, customer service standards and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Planning, organising and controlling the daily retail operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability Managing, training and supervising retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational performance Monitoring sales performance, budgets, financial targets and key retail metrics Managing inventory levels, stock ordering, stock control and wastage Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety standards, security procedures, and company policies Handling customer enquiries and complaints in line with established retail service standards Implementing company promotional activities, retail initiatives and operational procedures Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Retail Manager or similar role Strong leadership and organisational skills Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably quick service food retail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Apply now!
