The Opportunity You will manage a well-maintained portfolio of quality properties , supported by an experienced Team Leader and dedicated offshore administration support, allowing you to focus on relationship management and high-level portfolio performance . This is a role suited to a property manager currently managing their own portfolio and confident handling the full tenancy lifecycle . Your Responsibilities Your typical day will include, but is not limited to: Managing a residential portfolio and assisting landlords to maximise the performance of their investment assets • Coordinating maintenance and repairs using our systems including PropertyMe • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants through clear and proactive communication • Managing lease renewals, tenant move-ins and move-outs across your portfolio • Resolving tenancy matters with a solutions-focused approach • Collaborating with the broader property management team to deliver a seamless client experience Due to our strong team structure, out-of-office inspections are minimal , allowing you to focus on the management of your portfolio. About You You are an organised, confident and solutions-focused Property Manager who enjoys working in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service. You will bring: Proven experience managing your own residential portfolio (2 years) • Current Queensland Salesperson Registration and driver’s licence • Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Exceptional organisation and time management • Professional presentation and first-class communication skills • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment Why Join Place?
