Onsite Date and time: 6th March 2026 at 11AM AEST Scope of work: Need to Replace 1 Firewall Other Dispatch/Adhoc Requirement: Exp in handling desktop/network issues Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems Install patches Software and Hardware Break Fix Well versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification) Basics of Wi-Fi Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration Install and administer MS Office Business English with local language Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry While going to site: Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights Cisco Console cable (DB9 – Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used , make sure drivers are properly installed Laptop should have following program/software installed Putty Team Viewer TFTP server Screw Driver Set Internet data Card TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client.
