Job Description Provide expert WHS guidance across MACSEYE, driving risk management, incident response, and legislative compliance in a multi-site environment Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and food safety/allergen matters, embedding learnings and continuous improvement into systems and practices Oversee food safety and allergen management, including staff training, menu and risk reviews, and support for children with complex dietary needs Coordinate audits, licensing, and regulatory engagement, liaising with councils and health officers to ensure compliance and timely corrective actions Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and services, promoting a proactive safety culture, wellbeing initiatives, and consistent application of WHS standards across sites
