In your new role, you will coordinate and oversee inbound inventory verification, receipting and storage in accordance with schedules, operational objectives, compliance requirements and procedures. Key accountabilities include, but not limited to: Supervise and coordinate the team to manage incoming stock and warehouse activities Train, guide, and support team members to ensure strong performance and clear task understanding Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all processes follow company policies. Report and address any issues or hazards Oversee stocktakes and resolve any inventory discrepancies Work with key stakeholders to correct inventory issues and ensure compliance Lead meetings, toolbox talks, and support workplace initiatives Identify and implement continuous improvements where needed Perform warehouse duties, including operating forklifts, RF scanners, and other equipment as required Complete required operational, compliance, and safety reports Carry out other duties within your skills and experience as directed Maintain a safe work environment and follow all OHS and operational procedures Requirements To be successful in this role, your resume would look something like: Year 10 secondary education High Risk Work License (LF) (Counterbalance and Reach forklift) Dogging Ticket (desirable) Significant experience in a similar Coordinator level position including considerable experience working within a complex warehousing environment, preferably with heavy/ oversized machinery and equipment inventory Substantial recent experience in the operation of a Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck in a high-risk work environment Proven record of team supervision and individual achievement within a dynamic warehousing environment with high volumes and set schedules Previous and proven ability to effectively lead, develop and supervise a team to achieve performance, productivity and efficiencies Well-developed organisational and time management skills Demonstrated pragmatic problem solving/ taking initiative approach Confidence in data driven decision making Effective interpersonal and communication skills highly developed general computing skills and SAP (WM) modules (desirable) Competence in the operation of a range of power tools and RF scanner Capable to safely perform a range of physical tasks (manual handling) Experience in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of a team and others in the workplace and a demonstrated compliance mindset relevant to legislation and company policy IMPORANT TO NOTE Only applicants with a current High Risk Work License for LF and who have the relevant experience can be considered Kubota have a zero tolerance approach to alcohol and illicit drugs on all our sites.
