Your new role In this seniorEL2 position, you will lead the delivery of largescale data transformationprograms and oversee a complex portfolio of datarelated initiatives. You willdrive the implementation of a refreshed data strategy, define futurestateoperating and architectural models, and provide highquality executivedocumentation to support strategic decisionmaking. The role requires stronginfluence across program teams, confident navigation of complex stakeholderenvironments, and the ability to guide delivery with minimal disruption tocritical services. What you'll need to succeed You will bringextensive experience in data strategy, program delivery, and executivelevelgovernance within large or regulated environments. Strong capability inpreparing persuasive benefits cases, Steering Committee papers, and seniorbriefs is essential. Youll also demonstrate excellent stakeholder management,the ability to resolve sensitive issues proactively, and a proven track recordshaping delivery outcomes across multistream programs.
