About the Position: The Chef plays an essential role at Chicken on Charcoal Flame by preparing and cooking signature menu items, planning and developing menus, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and safety. This position is central to the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring every dish reflects the authentic Lebanese flavours that define the business and delivering consistent excellence that keeps customers returning. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items including smoked, flame-grilled chicken, kebabs, burgers, salads and traditional Lebanese specialties Plan and prepare menus to maintain variety, quality and customer appeal Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times Manage stock control, quality consistency and waste minimisation Maintain kitchen cleanliness and support efficient daily operations Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
