JOB ROLE: Contract Administrator About the company: Partner In Your Care (PIYC) Service is a community-based disability service provider registered under National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Partner In Your Care provides range of services to people with psychosocial disability from daily activities and community participation. A range of services that enable our clients to feel more inclusive, self-dependent and participate within society. About the role: The main responsibility of the position is to help residents enhance their daily living, social, and emotional abilities. Ensure well-being of the residents in the day’s programs, Group homes and their own homes and promote their related welfare matters. The position entails collaborating with pertinent governmental agencies and community organisations to identify problems and launch group efforts to solve them. Location: Norwest NSW 2153 Job-type: Full-time Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 (depending upon experience and skills) Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contract proposals related to NDIS services and various other stakeholders to align with business goals. Administer and manage existing contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, legal guidelines, and regulations related to the industry and NDIS. Evaluate contract terms to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational improvement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate favourable contract terms for business. Oversee timely delivery of service agreements within the defined scope and budget. Prepare documentation and reports to attract new clients and secure additional contracts. Track contract milestones, expiration dates, and deliverables to ensure timely renewals and compliance. Manage all contract documentation and create status reports on progress. Monitor and report work order variations to management. Serve as the primary contact for contract inquiries, clarifications, and conflict resolution. Support management with data analysis and reporting on contract performance. Assist in developing and implementing best practices for contract management. Ideal candidate must have: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Legal Studies Minimum of 1 year of proven Australian experience in contract administration or a related role. Strong understanding of contract law, business administration, and risk assessment. Understanding of NDIS service agreements and contracts Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite. Experience in managing multiple contracts, including vendor agreements and service contracts.
