Regional Manager, Healthcare Your new company A leading national healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Regional Manager, with experience managing multi-site business, to oversee a growing network of medical and urgent care centres across the ACT. With a strong focus on accessible, communitybased care, this organisation is continuing to invest in regional operations and is looking for a strategic leader to drive performance and future expansion. Your new role Based in the ACT, you will take operational and commercial ownership of 34 medical centres, including two Urgent Care Centres. This portfolio is positioned for continued growth, with expansion opportunities into surrounding regions in the future, this offers a great deal of career potential! In this pivotal leadership role, you will: Manage the full operational, financial and P&L performance of your centres Lead centre teams to deliver highquality patient experiences and operational excellence Oversee urgent care activity and deliver against urgentcarespecific KPIs Drive revenue growth, identify business development opportunities and set effective KPIs Build and maintain strong relationships with Health Care Professionals to support engagement and retention Implement improvement strategies across service delivery, staffing, efficiency and compliance Support longterm regional growth by planning for future centre expansions Given the significant potential of the ACT region, experience managing and growing multisite portfolios is essential.
