We are a family-owned childcare centre proudly operating for over 25 years, and we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our fun, friendly, and supportive team. About the Role As the Room Leader, you will be responsible for: Planning, writing, and implementing engaging programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Ensuring programs align with the National Quality Standards (NQS) Completing children’s observations, learning stories, and reflections Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Maintaining room organisation and completing general household duties Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members Contributing positively to our centre’s culture and community About You We are seeking someone who: Holds a Diploma in Children’s Services / Early Childhood Education and Care or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Has experience working in the childcare industry Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic Has a genuine passion for working with children Is confident leading a room and guiding other educators Is available to work Monday to Friday , 8-hour rotating shifts between 7:30am – 5:30pm Is available to start immediately What We Offer Supportive and welcoming team environment Family-owned centre with strong values and over 25 years of industry experience Opportunities for professional growth Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience If you are passionate, motivated, and ready to be part of a centre that values teamwork, creativity, and high-quality care, we would love to hear from you!
