We are now seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Perth-based team to join us. This is an exciting role where you can make meaningful contributions to this company's strategic growth. As Recruitment Resourcer, you will support our team in the full life cycle of the recruitment process and provide ongoing support for successfully placed candidates. The successful applicant will work directly with our recruitment team to support our clients growing workforce needs. A solid understanding of pre-employment processes, compliance, and mobilisation workflows. The ability to manage a high-volume workloads, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to engage with the wider team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and Google Suite. Able to adapt to new technology and our Applicant Tracking System and CRM. Reside in Perth, Western Australia. Hold full working rights - Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
