What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive OT assessments in clients’ homes. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans that promote independence and safety. Educate clients and carers on strategies to reduce risks and improve quality of life. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration . Clinical experience in Community Aged Care (HCP, SAH) and/or strong interest to work within the Community Aged Care sector. Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and Consumer Directed Care . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Current First Aid Certificate , Driver’s Licence , reliable vehicle, and NDIS Worker Screening Check . Why Join Us?
