We are now looking for a passionate hospitality professional to dive into this amazing opportunity as our Assistant Manager. About the opportunity As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the team and assist in the daily business operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, developing and nurturing your team to promote exceptional service delivery and ensure complete guest satisfaction, in turn maximising value and financial returns for the business. You will also be responsible for staff rostering, overseeing training, performance management and cost control. About you You will have passion for the hospitality industry and customer service and thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will possess extensive product knowledge and have prior leadership experience in a busy cafe or restaurant, either locally, interstate or overseas. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently lead and motivate a team. A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is crucial.
