Our client is a well-established flooring company specialising in tiles and wooden flooring with 6 different showrooms in South East Queensland. They provide professional supply and installation services for all their products to their retail, builder, designer, architect, developer and trade clients. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent full-time sales representative to join their team. This position is at their Sunshine Coast store (Near Claoundra West). Full-training in their products and services will be provided. Responsibilities will include: Servicing existing and new customers in store, over the phone and via email Advising customers on suitable flooring products Conducting site measurements and customer site visits Liaising with the customer and installation team throughout the entire process Ensuring forms and records are completed accurately and on time Help in the maintenance and cleaning of showroom and warehouse Requirements Requirements Experience in sales/ customer service Excellent communication skills Driven and confident, this role requires getting out and about, forming relationships with potential new customers Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Confident using computer software such as Microsoft Office
