Whether you’re answering calls or responding to emails, you play a pivotal role in order processing, issue resolution, and keeping things moving. Your Opportunity You’ll be based in our Pinkenba office, working closely with a team of Customer Service Officers to deliver a seamless customer experience. Together, you will: Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email Process orders and monitor delivery progress Investigate and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner Proactively communicate with customers around transport delays or product availability Collaborate with the wider logistics team and contribute ideas on how we can continually improve What We Offer What’s in it for you?
