The Role As Staff Specialist Urologist, you will provide both clinical and non-clinical leadership within the Department of Urology and associated outpatient services. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality urological care across inpatient and outpatient settings Providing supervision, mentoring, and support to junior medical and clinical staff Working collaboratively with the Emergency Department, other specialties, and primary care Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance Engaging with clinicians across the Local Health District to ensure integrated patient care This role offers scope to shape services, influence training, and build a strong subspecialty footprint.
