Key attributes: Experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition An understanding of mental health, psychosocial disability, or supported accommodation (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A professional, compassionate, and values-driven approach Excellent administrative, coordination, and compliance management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Role Requirements As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a strong, reliable workforce for our mental health and supported accommodation programs. Your key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end recruitment across mental health and Level 3 accommodation services Drafting and posting job advertisements Candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination Conducting reference checks and managing all compliance requirements (NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, Police check, Right to Work) Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation Maintaining recruitment trackers and updates Building candidate pipelines for high-demand and urgent roles Liaising with hiring managers, external agencies, training partners, and job networks Contributing to workforce planning and ongoing recruitment improvements Mandatory Checks: NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check Full working rights in Australia Previous recruitment experience (desirable but not essential) About Us We provide Level 3 Supported Accommodation and mental health services to individuals with complex psychosocial needs.
