Role: Property Lawyer / Senior Conveyancer Salary: Up to $120,000 Super (WFH flex) Location: North Lakes, QLD We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to join a well-established and reputable firm. This role will see you managing files from A–Z, working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership of their files, client interaction, and working within a supportive team environment. The Role In this position, you will manage residential and/or commercial property transactions from contract to settlement, ensuring compliance with legislation while delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage a full conveyancing file load from contract review through to settlement. Review and advise on contracts for sale, special conditions, and disclosure documentation. Conduct and review title searches, council searches, and other due diligence enquiries. Prepare and review transfer documents, settlement statements, and legal documentation. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and brokers throughout the transaction process. Coordinate PEXA settlements and electronic lodgements. Manage key dates including finance approvals, building and pest conditions, and settlement deadlines. Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and regulatory requirements. Provide clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Assist with resolving contractual or settlement issues where required. About You Previous experience as a Senior Conveyancer or Property Lawyer managing files end-to-end. Strong understanding of Queensland conveyancing processes and legislation. Experience using PEXA and electronic settlement platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
