About the Role As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist you will perform Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT examinations producing the highest quality images from procedures, whilst ensuring the best possible service is given to patients at all times. SKG’s Nuclear Medicine services span across several sites within the Perth metropolitan area. Our state of the art facility in partnership with GenesisCare on the St John of God Murdoch campus opened in December 2021, offering the first digital PET-CT scanner in Western Australia and offering advanced SPECT-CT and Theranostics services. Along with our St John of God Subiaco hospital site and SKG Hollywood site based at the Hollywood hospital in Nedlands, you are guaranteed variety in your working week. SKG have also recently expanded PET services in the Peel region at our SKG Mandurah site. We are looking for both experienced and graduate Nuclear Medicine Technologists who are looking for a move west to soak up the sun and embrace a sea change! These positions are Full Time, currently worked as 80 hours per fortnight across our 3 Nuclear Medicine sites, with the option to participate in a monthly RDO (rostered day off) after your probationary period. These roles may be required to participate in public holiday, shift and weekend rosters, however majority of hours are completed between Monday to Friday within business hours. About You Current or eligible for registration with AHPRA – Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia Current or eligible for Radioactive Substances licence from the WA Radiological Council Demonstrated ability to perform high quality Nuclear Medicine imaging examinations A consistent Patients First focus The ability to work both independently and within our wide medical imaging team The flexibility to work between three sites Effective communication and time management skills A passion for delivering premium customer service A commitment to your own professional development Please note that the successful candidate is required to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases prior to commencement of employment.
