An opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of day-to-day office operations, with a strong focus on accounts and administration. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently manage financial processes while keeping the office running smoothly. The Role You will play a key role supporting the business across payroll, accounts and general administration, working closely with internal stakeholders and external accountants. Key Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing Accounts payable and receivable management Maintain and reconcile ledgers and accounts Investigate and resolve debtor and creditor queries Liaise with external accountants and support reporting requirements General office administration and coordination About You Proven experience in an Office Manager or Accounts-focused role Strong understanding of payroll, AP/AR and reconciliations Experience using Sybiz (or similar ERP systems) for mid-sized businesses Working knowledge of Xero High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders What's on Offer $35 per hour Super Stable, long-term opportunity Varied role with autonomy and ownership Supportive team environment If you're an efficient, hands-on Office Manager who enjoys balancing accounts and administration, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can add real value.
