An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established national organisation operating within the industrial products sector. This role will see you take ownership of a key regional territory, leading a team of field-based sales professionals while driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships and executing strategic sales initiatives. About the Role: This is a field-based leadership role, where you will spend time working alongside your team, supporting their development while maintaining strong engagement with key customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor and support a team of field-based sales representatives • Drive regional revenue growth and achieve sales targets • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across the region • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence • Conduct regular field visits to coach and support team performance • Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity • Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and insights to senior leadership • Support product launches, promotional initiatives and customer engagement activities • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support and operations • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members About You: To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background in sales leadership and account management, ideally within the industrial, manufacturing, wholesale or related sectors.
