The Sydney office plays a key role in supporting global finance operations, working closely with global markets in the US, UK and Europe. What's in it for you Hybrid working Exposure to a global, ASX-listed technology business High-impact role with international scope Opportunity to lead and shape finance processes and systems Competitive salary STI incentive Additional day off during your birthday month Novated lease salary sacrifice options Parental leave benefits You Will Be Leading the financial control function across multiple entities (AU, US, UK) Managing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Overseeing ASX reporting requirements, including statutory and audit processes Driving budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business Ensuring compliance with AASB/IFRS standards and corporate governance requirements Managing payroll, tax and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions Leading and mentoring a small finance team locally and offshore Partnering with sales and operations teams to support revenue recognition and billing processes Overseeing treasury, banking, and vendor management Driving process improvements, including ERP implementation and system enhancements Supporting audit readiness and working closely with external advisors and auditors You Are CPA qualified Experienced within an ASX-listed environment or have audited ASX clients Background in Big 4 Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role Strong knowledge of AASB/IFRS standards, including revenue recognition (AASB 15) and leases (AASB 16) Experienced managing multi-entity, international operations Hands-on with ERP systems A confident communicator, able to engage across finance and non-finance stakeholders A natural leader who enjoys developing and mentoring teams Comfortable working across multiple time zones and solving problems independently If this sounds like the next opportunity for you - please APPLY NOW or contact Caitlin - Caitlin@wowrecruitment.com.au // 02 8320 0683
