Client Service Executive This role is a hybrid work model We’re looking for a Client Service Executive to join the Client Services team in Sydney, working directly with agencies, partners and clients in our Sydney Office. The role will oversee the management of multiple campaigns alongside our trading team from set-up to completion, optimising where possible and troubleshooting challenges. At the heart of the Client Service Executive role is providing guidance to help clients exceed their goals when using the Blis technology suite to facilitate their marketing needs. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role reporting to the Head of Client Services. Location : Sydney Responsibilities: Own the day-to-day management of client engagement, inclusive of but not limited to: Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries and overseeing programmatic advertising campaigns and strategies Serve as the consultant for product solutions and best practices Oversee internal client account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up etc.) Develop data-based insights to guide KPI strategy and activation Produce reporting & conduct client performance review meetings Identify optimization opportunities for KPI improvement Create and present post campaign analysis & quarterly business reviews Orchestrate the month end billing reconciliation Showcase appropriate product insights in line with our offering Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key Performance Indicators Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams Maintain internal pipeline systems to reflect actualized monthly budget splits Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan Ideally we'd like someone who has: Ability to be a client-facing lead, who drives the direction, communications and outcomes across the teams Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Works well both within a team and individually Has excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Technically savvy with commercial acumen What we’ll do for you Competitive commission Superannuation Wellness payment Competitive PTO Enhanced parental leave Career Coaching And the list goes on!
