About the Role We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance and Reporting Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality reporting and performance insights across the business. This role supports strategic decision-making by transforming data into meaningful insights and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The Performance and Reporting Manager will partner closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to monitor organisational performance, develop reporting frameworks, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of organisational performance reporting and dashboards. Analyse business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, metrics, and KPIs aligned to strategic priorities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making. Oversee the preparation of regular executive and board reporting. Drive improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and reporting automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and Operations to gather and interpret performance data. Manage and mentor reporting or analytics team members where applicable. Qualifications and Skills: Formal tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in subcontract management and/or facilities management. Strong background in contract administration, reporting, and database management. Experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring. Sound knowledge of building services, construction, and relevant legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and solve problems on the go.
