Job Description Your new role We are looking for a Distribution Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Distribution Operations Manager, you will be the "bridge" between our operations and our delivery partners. Your goal isn't just to move boxes; it’s to ensure our delivery network is running at peak performance so our customers get exactly what they ordered, right when they expect it. You’ll use your analytical skills to solve daily puzzles and keep our drivers moving efficiently. What a typical week looks like Optimizing the Flow: You'll spend time analyzing and adjusting driver runs to make sure we are meeting company guidelines and staying ahead of any daily hitches. Building Relationships: You’ll be on the "front line" with our drivers and couriers, handling face-to-face interactions and ensuring everyone on the dock is following best practices. Problem Solving: When a delivery issue pops up, you’ll jump in to investigate, resolve the complaint, and keep the customer in the loop throughout the process. Collaboration: You’ll be a key point of contact, liaising with our Contact Centre, Production, and Admin teams to keep everyone aligned on deadlines and delivery updates. Continuous Improvement: You’ll help manage driver capacity (aiming for that 85% sweet spot) and prepare reports that help us see where we can do even better. About you A Natural Analyst: You likely have a degree that shows off your critical thinking, and you definitely have intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Customer-Focused: You have 2–3 years of experience in a customer service environment and understand that behind every data point is a hungry customer. A Logistics Pro (Ideally): If you have experience in logistics or distribution, you’ll hit the ground running. Detailed & Organized: You have a sharp eye for the little things and can manage competing priorities even when deadlines are tight. Early Bird & Ready: You thrive in an early-morning environment. This role operates on a 5:00 am – 2:00 pm schedule. (9 day fortnight) Flexible: Because we deliver all year round, you’re comfortable working public holidays and being on-call when needed.
