We have multiple permanent opportunities to work across our Kimba group. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, enjoy practical outdoor work, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You’ll get involved in everything from operating machinery to maintaining high grain quality and contributing to export operations. You’ll work closely with site staff and play a key role in grain movement, storage, and export readiness. Duties may include but are not limited to Support road transport operations, including outturning activities. Maintain grain quality during the handling and movement process. Ensure bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment. Lead and support seasonal staff during peak periods. Assist with other tasks across the group of sites as directed. Manage the loading and unloading of trucks as part of daily operations. Operate forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently. Grain classification and quality control checks. Implement pest management practices to maintain storage standards About you Work well in a team environment with the ability to learn quickly and accept new challenges A current driver’s licence. Strong commitment to safe work practises and attention to detail. Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and willing to assist across a range of site activities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people. Available for rotating shifts, including weekends during busy periods.
