About company/role: Food/beverage manufacturing company Seeking a confident and qualified QA Coordinator ready to join the team immediately Short-term casual contract Full-time hours, Monday-Friday (8am-4.30pm) ASAP Start! Duties/responsibilities include, but not limited to: Lead QC analysis of raw materials, finished products and sensory evaluations, and in-process checks Conduct internal calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment Conduct daily GMP walks and GMP audits Investigate and manage customer complaints and non-conformances Provide quality-related support to operations Develop and maintain documentation for QA and food safety activities Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and risk assessments are completed General laboratory housekeeping Skills/experience: Tertiary education in Food Science or similar Must have 5 years experience in a similar position in a food or beverage manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of GMP and HACCP Must have previously led audits and maintained QMS Ability to build relationships with junior and senior staff across different departments Must be adaptable and have high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Apply!
