Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle Partner with clients to understand hiring needs Source, screen and interview candidates Manage temporary workforce placements Build and maintain talent pipelines Conduct business development activities Service warm leads and convert new opportunities Provide exceptional candidate and client care About You: We’re looking for someone who is driven, relationship-focused and enjoys working in a collaborative boutique environment.
