Accounting Management Accountant Sydney Permanent / Full Time Strong product analytics exposure Experience of using Power BI The ability to communicate results, trends and recommendations An established Property, Retail and Services group is seeking a Management Accountant with strong analytical capability to join the business during a period of change and transformation. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and long-term career development within a stable, growing organisation. You will be analysing large data sets while also business partnering with operational stakeholders, making sense of the numbers and being able to relay results in simple way non-financial people can understand and use. Key Responsibilities Manage income and expenditure across multiple revenue streams including daily postings, reconciliations, analysis, reporting, and recommendation Look and manage large product data sets providing credible analysis and projections Knowledge of Power BI very advantageous Have the ability to communicate complex information in simple terms – both written and verbal. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and balance sheet reconciliations Review and restructure management reports to align with evolving business objectives Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes Provide clear financial insights to the CCO, CEO, CFO, and Board About You CPA / CA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) – preferred not essential A Retail or FMCG background would be advantageous. Experience supporting financial system or reporting transformations highly regarded Power BI exposure highly regarded This is a great role for someone that is looking to stay with the organisation for the long term and is not looking to climb the corporate career ladder and move roles every 12 months.
