About the role: CSR are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations at our Hallam site. In this hands-on role, you'll support a safe, efficient, and high‑performing warehouse environment. Flexibility across 6am–5pm is essential , as you'll be responsible for supervising activity during our operating hours. What You'll Do Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and strong team performance Support inbound and outbound activity, stock control, and customer order fulfilment Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment, leading by example Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (valid licence required) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to lift productivity and service levels What You'll Bring Forklift licence and operating experience (required) Proven experience in a warehouse or supervisory role WMS experience an advantage (e.g., receipting, stock movements, dispatch) Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both teams and customers A proactive, safety‑focused approach What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
