Working within our training department, you will be responsible for: Setting up and coordinating tools and training aids for every class. Keeping our Welshpool training facility clean, safe, and ready to go. Supporting trainers during practical sessions and machine repairs. Organising tool storage, manage inventory, and source quotes. Handling logistics for simulators and road cases. What we’re looking for: A great attitude – this is highly important. A self-starter who works confidently and independently. Forklift licence (essential). Strong technical and mechanical aptitude ( a plus). Clear communicator with basic Microsoft Office skills. Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks. Trade qualification or Cert IV Training & Assessment desirable, not essential. Why work for us!
