You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing finance team with the autonomy to own your role while working closely with leaders across operations, sales, customer service and logistics. It’s a collaborative environment where finance has real influence on business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Own month-end reporting, statutory reporting and general ledger integrity across Australian and New Zealand entities. Partner with operational teams to understand business drivers and support better commercial decision-making. Manage compliance requirements including BAS, NZ GST and audit support. Provide financial insights to leadership and support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews. Contribute to systems and reporting improvements, including increased use of Power BI. About You CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion). Experience in a product, inventory, manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong communicator who enjoys working with non-finance stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills with experience in Dynamics 365 or similar ERP (advantageous). Power BI experience beneficial but not essential. Why Join?
