This role operates within the Executive Office and sits at the centre of organisational communication, workflow coordination, and seniorlevel support. Your new role The Executive Assistant provides critical support to the Director and plays a key role in ensuring organisational alignment, operational efficiency, and proactive management of business priorities. Your main duties and responsibilities include: Manage the Directors calendar, communications, inbox, and daily workflow. Prepare meeting agendas, packs, reports, and presentations. Coordinate domestic travel, event logistics, seniorlevel engagements, and confidential communications. Represent the Executive Office with professionalism and high discretion. Oversee weekly operational rhythms including Trading, Operations, Retail, Marketing, and crossfunctional WIPs. Track action items, deadlines, risk points, and project dependencies. Coordinate workflow alignment between retail, ecommerce, marketing, design/production, and finance. Support operational readiness for product launches, campaigns, and key trading events. Assist with research, planning, and execution of strategic and operational projects led by the Director. What you'll need to succeed 36 years experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Business Support role.Experience in retail, apparel, lifestyle, ecommerce, FMCG, or productbased environments is advantageous.Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.High attention to detail; accuracy under pressure.Strong written and verbal communication.Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
