They have a strong pipeline of work for 2026, all they need nowis YOU Your new role You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the contracts for the projects, from trade lettings to cost forecasting and everything in-between such as variations and progress claims. Standard CA duties will apply with another CA supporting you. What you'll need to succeed To be considered, you must have experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on commercial developments, worth $10M or more in build cost. If youre a CA ready to step up to a senior role, and have worked on other commercial projects, then please also apply. A tertiary qualification or trade qualification will both be well regarded, while strong communication skills are essential. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast. What you'll get in return Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a range between $140k to $190k total package is a good indicator.
