Compliance Administration Maintain and organise compliance documentation and records Support internal audits and inspections Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports Monitor compliance obligations, deadlines, and followup actions Assist with implementing and maintaining policies and procedures Manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately Keep up to date with relevant legislation and regulatory changes Assist with additional tasks and projects as required Electoral Compliance & Reporting Build knowledge of legislation relating to political donations and expenditure Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding donation and expenditure data Assist in preparing Disclosure Returns for the AEC and NSWEC Compile, verify, and reconcile data for amendments to past returns.
