Your new roleAs a Lead Full Stack Developer, youll work across both frontend and backend services to support a significant transformation initiative. Youll contribute handson code, guide engineering standards, and help shape the rebuild of largescale systems using modern frameworks, microservices, and cloud technologies.What youll need to succeedBackend Strong Java engineering background, ideally with experience in platform upgrades or modernisation work. Solid capability building microservices with Spring Boot. Practical AWS experience across containers, serverless components, and core cloud services. Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tooling. Comfort with distributed design patterns and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases. Frontend Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Experience building componentdriven interfaces and working with design systems. Familiarity with state management tools and API integration patterns. Confident with automated testing and web performance fundamentals. Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices. General Ability to diagnose complex issues and produce clean, maintainable solutions. Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
