Cement Australia is looking for a confident and motivated HR Advisor to partner with our Senior HR Business Partner, supporting national teams across Supply Chain & Logistics, Sales, Marketing & Risk, Finance, and Digitalisation & Competitiveness. This is a hands-on, varied, and high-impact role where no two days are the same. You’ll shape the employee experience, coach leaders, and tackle real HR challenges that make a tangible difference to our business, all from our Corporate Headquarters in Darra. Your Opportunity Coach and guide line leaders on day-to-day HR issues and people management Prepare letters of offer, contracts, and other employment documentation Lead investigations and advise management on disciplinary matters Support performance management and employee relations, including terminations Support and educate the business in all HR Disciplines to facilitate line leader growth and development in their HR / IR knowledge Partner with the People & Capability team on key HR projects Interpret enterprise agreements and support negotiation processes Provide HR analytics, reporting, and insights to support decision-making Assist with recruitment and onboarding across your portfolio Deliver or coordinate training initiatives to upskill our teams What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is proactive, approachable, and ready to step up to challenges. You will have: Experience as an HR Generalist, with solid knowledge of employee relations Degree in Human Resources (preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills Experience interpreting enterprise agreements and supporting negotiations (preferred) Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities Analytical mindset with a focus on results Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A passion for helping leaders and employees thrive Why Join Cement Australia?
