Chef – Full Time Bluey’s Smokehouse Cardiff, NSW 2285 Bluey’s Smokehouse in Cardiff NSW is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our busy kitchen team on a full-time basis. About Us Bluey’s Smokehouse is a popular local restaurant known for its smoked meats, barbecue specialties, and modern Australian cuisine. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu and quality standards Plan menus and assist with seasonal menu development Ensure food preparation and presentation meet restaurant standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management Train and supervise kitchen staff Requirements Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery/ Kitchen Management or related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Salary $70,000 – $80,000 per year plus superannuation (depending on experience).
