Role Purpose Join a team committed to delivering outstanding Member Service. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring Members are reminded of their payment obligations across all Capricorn products, in line with our Terms and Conditions. You'll also support the Team Leader in driving operational excellence and team development. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong interpersonal skills. We want someone who can maintain a positive “can do” attitude particularly in a busy and high pressure environment. What You’ll Be Doing Ensuring compliance with key regulatory policies and legislation, including conducting regular privacy reviews and audits of call recordings. Identifying and escalating issues related to potential payment risk and non-compliance Monitoring and managing high-risk or overdue accounts, taking proactive steps to resolve member payment issues. Assist in developing and executing credit risk strategies across various member segments Leading the collections process including negotiating repayment plans Coordinating and assigning daily collection tasks, ensuring timely completion and oversight of all team activities. Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify operational volume impacts. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and members, supporting positive outcomes while managing credit exposure. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, including strategies for risk mitigation and process improvement. Skills, Knowledge & Attributes Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in credit services and/or accounts receivable Strong judgement and decision-making skills aligned with business objectives High level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal—across all levels Resilient under pressure, with a calm and professional approach Strong understanding of credit control processes Your Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, with proven experience in Credit Support or Accounts Receivable. specifically managing customer resolutions in a high-volume environment. Experience in coaching and leading a high performing team.
