We’re seeking a Manager – Workers Compensation & Injury Management to drive industry best practice outcomes in workers’ compensation and return to work strategies. In this pivotal role, you’ll: Lead and coach a skilled team Manage own portfolio of complex claims and ensure compliance across multiple states Develop strategies to reduce premiums and improve organisational outcomes Collaborate with senior leaders, insurers, legal advisors and the broader WHS team Provide insights and reporting to guide decision-making at the highest level What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience in workers compensation claims management Strong knowledge of RTW planning and compliance Exceptional communication and leadership skills Tertiary qualification in Health/RTW (Business Management a plus) Why join us?
