About the Role: You will provide assessment, intervention, and reporting services within an NDIS framework, managing your own caseload while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role includes community-based and outreach service delivery, requiring flexibility, independence, and a strong commitment to culturally responsive practice. Key Responsibilities: Deliver assessment and intervention for paediatric and complex clients Manage an independent caseload and develop individualised treatment plans Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and funding documentation Provide functional assessments, therapy, and ongoing review Work collaboratively with families, schools, support workers, and stakeholders Deliver outreach services across East Arnhem Land communities Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Contribute to multidisciplinary team practice and remote clinical collaboration About You: Minimum 2 years post-graduate Speech Pathology experience Experience managing independent caseloads in assessment and intervention Strong NDIS experience, including reporting and funding justification Experience with paediatric and/or complex presentations (ASD, developmental delay, neurological conditions) Strong clinical reasoning, organisation, and documentation skills Ability to work autonomously with remote clinical support Highly regarded: Experience in rural, remote, or outreach settings Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities Interest or experience in AAC, assistive technology, or mealtime management If you are interested in this opportunity, apply now or give Rell a call on 08 8982 1047 to find out more.
